The Citroen DS Inside Concept Configurator - build your own Citroen DS3
But yet another part is to involve the car-buying public, so Citroen has launched an on-line configurator for the yet to be released Citroen DS3, their small ‘Luxury’ car that was announced at the Geneva Motor Show as the Citroen DS Inside Concept. The Citroen DS3 is going to pit Citroen against the likes of the MINI and the Alfa Romeo MiTo. Which are tough acts to take on.
Citroen has released pictures of their new midi-MPV, the C4 Picasso, which will make its debut in Paris next month. The design mixes C4 hatchback and the C-AirLounge concept with broken lines and full surfaces that have come to define contemporary Citroens. A total glass area of 6.4sqm (including optional sunroof) promises excellent visibility from what is claimed to be class-leading interior space.
Vauxhall Meriva at Geneva - UK prices revealed
Vauxhall has given the 2010 Meriva its first public outing at Geneva (and for that matter Opel has done the same) and seeing it on the floor at Geneva confirms ours suspicions that the New Meriva is almost a cool car (come on, we can’t actually say a mini mpv is really cool). No frumpiness, lots of stylish detail, well conceived and well executed. We still have some doubts about the practicalities of the suicide doors in the real world, but it all looks very good.
